Dagurai ("we", "our", "us") operates the website dagurai.com and provides VPN services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What we collect

We collect the absolute minimum required to operate the service:

Account data: None. Dagurai has no user accounts, no sign-ups, no passwords to store.
Payment data: If you purchase a plan, payment is processed by our third-party processor (Stripe or BTCPay). We never see or store your payment details.
Email address: If you contact us via the enquiry form, we receive your email address to reply. It is not used for marketing.
Server logs: Our VPN servers do not log browsing activity, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage.

What we do NOT collect

Browsing history or activity
DNS query logs
Connection timestamps or session duration
Bandwidth usage per peer
IP addresses of connected clients (beyond what is necessary for routing)
Personal identifiers beyond what you voluntarily provide

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies. The website is statically served with no analytics scripts.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not respond to third-party data requests. In the unlikely event we receive a legally binding request from a court of competent jurisdiction, we will challenge it to the fullest extent possible.

Data retention

Enquiry form submissions are stored for 90 days and then deleted. WireGuard peer public keys are stored only for the duration the peer is active. Invite tokens are retained for audit purposes until revoked.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (WireGuard protocol, TLS for the website) to protect data in transit. Infrastructure is hosted on dedicated Hetzner EU metal servers. No browsing logs exist to be compromised.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify users via the website.
