By using Dagurai ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dagurai provides WireGuard-based VPN services for organizations. The Service routes internet traffic through encrypted tunnels to dedicated egress IPs on Hetzner EU metal infrastructure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
Dagurai does not log browsing activity, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage. We design our infrastructure to have nothing to disclose.
The Dagurai name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. The WireGuard protocol is used under its respective license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Dagurai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Paid plans are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
